Amanda, aka moxiemanda

Hi there.

My name is Amanda and I constantly dabble in a little bit of everything. Lately, that means I’m a blogger, freelance writer and online boutique owner. I am a complete and total believer in making your own path in life, and following the non-traditional way. This blog focuses on my own personal journey down that path.

I am very fortunate to be married to a man who completely supports – and understands - my fervent desire to pave my own way outside of the 9-to-5 workday. Consequently, the past 3 years have afforded me many lessons on lifestyle design, what I love, what I’m bad at, and what I always want to keep learning about.

While I still haven’t settled on an answer to the age-old question ‘So, what do you do?’, it is my hope to at least share my attempt at answering that question with anyone who will listen. Our lives are too sweet and precious to go on living unfilled and dissatisfied. Charmingly Modern is about that – I’ve been so blessed to have this charmed little life, and I want you to know that it’s possible to have your own charming life. I hope that as I keep on figuring out what to do, I can help someone else along the way.
